CSMBA operates a men's basketball league from September to March and a Spring League from April to June.
Games are played Monday through to Friday evenings and start between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m.
Games are played at gyms located throughout the city.
We currently have 10 divisions including a Masters Division, limited to those 35 years or older.
Registration is by team only. Teams are self-managed. We do not provide gyms for practice purposes.
Interested individuals can provide information for our Player Waiting List which teams use to fill vacancies they may have.
Current Regular Season team fees are $3,925. New teams must pay an additional one-time $100 performance bond.
Teams are accepted into each season on a first paid basis.
Teams play 21 regular season games per season, including one seeding round after which teams move up/down.
Uniforms must meet our requirements as outlined in our Regulations
We use qualified game officials as provided by the Calgary Basketball Officials Association.
We also provide paid scorekeeping staff at each game.
We have disciplinary regulations designed to encourage safe play and respect for players, officials and facilities. Suspensions and fines are assessed to those who do not comply.

The executive always welcomes any player interested in serving their fellow players by joining the executive.
